Every year, good communications are undoubtedly critical in ensuring that our activities run smoothly. As such, we will be conducting the Annual Group Database Update for the year of 2009.
ALL MEMBERS from Sec 2-J2 (2009) will be required to fill up the attached document completely. Everyone please take note that you are to rename the document after you have completed the filling in [e.g. Group Database Update 2009 (waynetan) ] to identify yourselves.
For the SU and VU, all forms have to reach your respective Patrol Leaders/Venture EXCO Chairman by 6th March. Patrol Leaders/Venture EXCO Chairman, please do the necessary chasing. Following that please check that all particulars are filled up completely with the documents renamed before sending them to me in a zip file (with your patrol name) on 8th March by 1900hrs.
For the GC and AC, please send your particulars directly to my e-mail address by 8th March 1900hrs.
